Nine Veggies and Fruits to Mingle with this July

Hey guys, welcome to the month of July; I wish you a prosperous and peaceful month.

For this month, I have decided to compile a list of healthy vegetables and fruits that I would be working with which are:

  2. Carrot: Please check out my previous post on how I made a very sweet and soft carrot cake. This month, I could probably make a drink or something else.A busy, modern lifestyle can leave no time for proper nutrition.
