A Scrabbled Piece of Nonsense

Jump out: A woman appears to be peeking through her own notes surrounded by sketches for tattoos

There is something between myself and artworks

Something I wish I had, but will never have

Many a time I would caress a blank sheet with the touch of an ink

And all I did was draw empty nonsense

Dirty piece of paper!

And then I consoled myself

Accepted the truth that drawing was not my talent

Neither could I learn it

Sometimes my hands would move to write

But my head was filled with blank verses of notes

One glance at a piece of art

A thousand words came strolling by

And then I said to myself

Make your disabilities an ability

My failure a printed note

To see is beauty

To write is to see

And beauty is felt.

NIFEMI … You have my heart! The way you use words is just FRABJOUS! This post right here, for a reason I don’t know made me excited. Although drawing is wonderful and I enjoy doing it, but believe me, drawings cannot express what words can… When drawings inspire these words, you can imagine how awesome it would be. Artworks and writing are my two favorite things in the world accompanied with music. You just combined both and I love it! Continue to do what you do baby girl! You are awesome… ‘A Scrabbled Piece of Nonsense’ just stole my heart! I am proud of you any day any time… Let me stop my ranting. 😍😍😍😍

Thanks Tutu :)…I still wish I could draw, you know a picture can depict a thousand words.
